All servicing personnel are thoroughly screened and references checked before hiring. Additionally, all pediatric experienced personnel are oriented and preceptored to each child's care before being placed for work. Personnel are insured and bonded and receive regular supervision and evaluations by the Home Care Supervisor of Pediatric Services.
