Service Initiation:
Once the call is placed to our office, our Pediatric RN Supervisor will go to the home or hospital to assess the child's care.
The Pediatric Supervisor will also meet with the family and other disciplinary personnel servicing the child to determine the plan of care. Our staff is preceptored to that care before being placed. This may take place at the home or hospital (if the child is still hospitalized).
Ongoing supervision and assessment of the child will take place on a regular basis.
A performance improvement or quality assurance plan will be developed for each child's care since all cases have different needs. This plan will be received monthly or more often as needs arise.
