Personal Care Assistant/Home Health Aide PCA/HHAQualifications: The Personal Care Aide/Home health Aide must be a high school graduate or have a GED and have one year of experience in care giving. The Personal Care Assistant/Home Health Aide provides unskilled care to the ill, infirmed or those with special needs in the home or school directly from the plan of care/assignment developed by the team for the students with exceptionalities. PCA’s and HHA’s help their students/clients with daily living tasks, such as getting out of chairs and wheelchairs, performing routine bodily functions, and personal hygiene. PCA’s and HHA’s also perform homemaker and companion services, such as shopping, meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, assistance with transportation, letter writing, escorting to physician visits, and planning activities and more… Duties/Responsibilities/Functions: These are just some of the duties that you will be expected to perform, but are not limited to the following:
- Giving personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linen as often as necessary
- Light housekeeping duties
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals
- Feeding meals if necessary

Ms. Feller earned her Diploma in Nursing from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing in Hartford, Connecticut, then attended Central Connecticut State College studying Nursing Education and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, at the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Ms. Feller has over 30 years experience in the nursing field including ICU/CCU, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Hospice and Home Care and has been a Certified Personal Care Home Administrator.
Dean White, Administrator
Dean White is the Administrator at Care Unlimited, Inc. Mr. White, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Robert Morris College and has been certified as a Personal Care Home Administrator in PA. Mr. White has more than 20 years of experience in the Health Care area ranging from Pharmaceuticals, Assisted Living, Hospice and Home Health Services.
Vincent Buchino, CFO
Vince Buchino is the Chief Financial Officer at Care Unlimited, Inc. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Penn State University. Mr. Buchino has been employed with Care Unlimited, Inc since 1992.
Daniela Zavolta, VP of Nursing
Daniela Zavolta is the Vice President of Nursing at Care Unlimited, Inc. Ms. Zavolta, earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Carlow University and has over 13 years of both ICU and Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
Jill Griffith, Director of Quality Management
Jill Griffith is the Director of Quality Management at Care Unlimited, Inc. Ms. Griffith graduated from UPMC Hospital School of Nursing in 2003 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Chatham University. Ms. Griffith is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
